Certification Requirements
The exam to become a CESCP consists of 110 computers answered on a computer. The exam covers your knowledge of the NFPA 70E standard. The exam must be retaken every three years. Before you can take the exam, you must have a high school diploma and 40 hours of safety training. Additional qualifications may exist for electricians or electrical engineers.
